We are seeking a Senior Global Finance Auditor to join a multinational organization with a strong emphasis on talent development. This role offers a unique 18-24 month rotational experience within Abbott's diverse and evolving businesses. During this period, you will operate in a cross-functional capacity, gaining exposure to various finance disciplines before transitioning into specialized positions such as FP&A, financial reporting, or other finance specialties.
In this position, you will work independently to scope and plan audit engagements, preparing risk assessments to drive appropriate coverage. You will execute audit fieldwork using a risk-based approach to identify control gaps and areas of exposure within Finance processes, delivering meaningful recommendations to mitigate risk. The role requires effective communication of audit results to the highest levels of Corporate and Division management. You will have the opportunity to leverage the relationships and experience built during your rotation to identify future career interests within Abbott Finance.
This position may be based out of our Willis Tower location in Chicago or our Corporate Headquarters in Abbott Park, IL. The role requires significant travel, approximately 40-60% of the time, to Abbott's international and domestic locations.
