About the Role
As a Regional Finance Manager, you will serve as a key leader for the Finance function across all operational locations and accounts within the region. This role exists to drive financial results by partnering directly with Senior Leaders in Operations and support functions, ensuring strict adherence to accounting practices and internal controls. You will act as a bridge between financial data and operational strategy, translating complex financial trends into actionable insights for the Corporation and our clients.
In this position, you will not only prepare critical financial and operating reports but also lead financial projects that enhance revenue and margins. Your day-to-day involves communicating key financial levers to stakeholders, developing proformas for new business opportunities, and overseeing the accuracy of financial records in compliance with Aramark's Business Conduct Policy and all local, state, and federal regulations. You will also play a vital role in training Finance and Operations teams on financial acumen, fostering a culture of fiscal responsibility and strategic thinking throughout the region.
