Regional Finance Manager

About the Role

As a Regional Finance Manager, you will serve as a key leader for the Finance function across all operational locations and accounts within the region. This role exists to drive financial results by partnering directly with Senior Leaders in Operations and support functions, ensuring adherence to proper accounting practices and internal controls. You will act as a strategic advisor, communicating key financial levers to improve revenues and margins while bridging the gap between complex financial data and operational execution.

In this position, you will not only prepare financial and operating reports but also train and develop Finance and Operations teams on financial acumen. Your day-to-day involves collaborating with clients through meetings and presentations, overseeing internal and external audits, and developing proformas for new business opportunities. You will work within a dynamic environment that may include physical demands such as extended walking, standing, and the use of personal protective equipment, reflecting the operational nature of the hospitality industry.
