About the Role

As a Regional Finance Manager, you will be a key leader over the Finance function for all operational locations and accounts within the Region. This role exists to drive financial results by partnering directly with Senior Leaders in Operations and other Support Functions. You will serve as a strategic advisor, communicating key financial levers to improve revenues and margins while ensuring strict adherence to proper accounting practices and internal controls.

In this position, you will bridge the gap between complex financial data and actionable business insights. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to train and develop Finance and Operations staff on financial acumen, while also managing external client relationships through presentations and reporting. The role requires a partner who can see "beyond the spreadsheet" to drive meaningful financial impact across the region.
