Senior Assistant Store Manager

About the Role

The Assistant Store Manager plays a vital role in establishing and maintaining exceptional Guest Services while supporting the Store Manager in the overall operation of the store. This position is dedicated to driving maximum sales and profitability through strategic staff development, expense control, shrinkage reduction, and comprehensive merchandising and inventory management. All duties are performed in strict adherence to company policies and procedures.

Work Environment & Physical Demands

This is an hourly position with a schedule of up to 38 hours per week. The role requires a high level of physical activity, including standing and walking for in excess of 8 hours, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds. Candidates must be at least 18 years of age and possess prior retail or management experience.

Employees enjoy a competitive hourly rate ranging from $21.00 to $21.25, dependent on qualifications and experience.
