As a Customer Service Specialist at Store #1190 in Mesa, AZ, you will work closely with wholesale and retail customers to determine their needs, answer questions about our products, and recommend the right solutions. This role is designed to ensure maximum client satisfaction while helping the store achieve its sales goals.
You will be the face of the brand, building productive trust relationships with customers both in person and over the phone. Your day will involve assisting customers with product selection, processing sales transactions accurately, and maintaining the high quality and visual standards of the store. You will also stay up-to-date with product features, mix and tint products to customer specifications, and ensure assigned areas remain in-stock and presentable.
