As a Customer Service Specialist at Store #7004 in Mesa, AZ, you will work closely with wholesale and retail customers to determine their needs, answer questions about our products, and recommend the right solutions. This role is designed to ensure maximum client satisfaction while helping the store achieve its sales goals.
You will be the face of the store, building productive trust relationships with customers both in person and over the phone. Your day will involve maintaining high quality and visual standards of the products and store, ensuring shelves are stocked, displays are set up, and equipment is clean. You will also stay up-to-date with product features to discuss available options and assist in making deliveries as needed.
