Customer Service Specialists work closely with wholesale and retail customers to determine their needs, answer questions about Sherwin-Williams products, and recommend the right solutions. This role is designed to ensure maximum client satisfaction while helping the store achieve its sales goals. You will be the face of the brand at Store #1190 in Mesa, AZ, building productive trust relationships with customers both in person and over the phone.
As a part-time team member, you will stay up-to-date with product features and maintain the high quality and visual standards of the store. Your day will involve assisting customers with product selection, processing sales transactions accurately, and ensuring assigned areas remain in-stock and presentable. You may also be involved in tinting and mixing products to customer specifications, stocking shelves, and assisting with deliveries.

Valid, unrestricted Driver's License. High School diploma or GED. At least one (1) year of experience working in a delivery, retail, or customer service position. Previous work experience selling paint and paint-related products. Previous work experience operating tinting and mixing equipment.
