Bilingual Customer Service Specialist (Spanish)

About the Role

Customer Service Specialists at Sherwin-Williams work closely with both wholesale and retail customers to determine their needs, answer questions about our products, and recommend the right solutions. This role is designed to ensure maximum client satisfaction by promptly resolving concerns while maintaining the high quality and visual standards of our products and store. Specialists are expected to stay up-to-date with product features and consistently meet the store's sales goals.

This is a full-time position based at Store #701735, located at 710 North Chestnut, Ellensburg, WA. The role involves contact with customers, including minors, and access to cash, electronic equipment, and store merchandise. Consequently, a review of criminal history is conducted to protect the business, its operations, and the safety of our customers, staff, and the general public.

Hiring Process
