About the Role

Customer Service Specialists work closely with wholesale and retail customers to determine their needs, answer questions about Sherwin-Williams products, and recommend the right solutions. This role is critical for ensuring maximum client satisfaction while helping the store achieve its sales goals. You will be expected to promptly resolve customer concerns, stay up-to-date with product features, and maintain the high quality and visual standards of the store.

This position requires a bilingual candidate fluent in both Spanish and English. You will interact with customers, which may include minors, and handle access to cash, payment methods, electronic equipment, and merchandise. The role involves a dynamic day-to-day environment where you will assist customers in person and over the phone, process sales transactions, mix products to specifications, stock shelves, and assist with deliveries as needed.

Hiring Process

Location and Background Check

This role is based at Store #8553 located at 15833 1st Ave S, Burien, WA 98148. The selected individual will be expected to work at stores within a 10-mile radius of this location. Due to the nature of the duties involving access to cash, personal information, and merchandise, a review of criminal history is necessary to protect the business, its operations, and the safety of our customers, staff, and the general public.
