About the Role
Customer Service Specialists at Sherwin-Williams serve as the vital link between our wholesale and retail customers and our extensive product solutions. In this part-time capacity at Store #1582 (6737 E. Baseline Rd., Mesa, AZ 85206), you will work closely with clients to determine their specific needs, answer questions about our products, and recommend the right solutions to ensure maximum satisfaction. Beyond sales, you will be responsible for promptly resolving customer concerns, maintaining high visual standards of the store, and staying up-to-date with product features to consistently meet the store's sales goals.
Day-to-Day Context
Your day will involve a dynamic mix of customer interaction and operational support. You will assist customers both in person and over the phone, building productive trust relationships while processing sales transactions accurately. The role requires hands-on engagement with the product, including pulling items from the sales floor or warehouse, tinting and mixing products to customer specifications, and stocking shelves to keep displays presentable. Additionally, you may assist with loading and unloading delivery trucks and making deliveries as needed. This position involves contact with customers, including minors, and access to cash, payment methods, and personal information, requiring a high level of integrity and attention to detail.
