Customer Service Specialists at Sherwin-Williams work closely with both wholesale and retail customers to determine their needs, answer questions about our products, and recommend the right solutions. This role is designed to ensure maximum client satisfaction by promptly resolving concerns while maintaining the high quality and visual standards of our products and store. Specialists are expected to stay up-to-date with product features and consistently meet the store's sales goals.
The selected individual will work at Store #1190, located at 1202 W. University Dr., Mesa, AZ 85201. This position involves contact with customers, including minors, and access to cash, payment methods, electronic equipment, personal information, and store merchandise. Due to the nature of these responsibilities, a review of criminal history is necessary to protect the business, its operations, reputation, and the safety of our customers, staff, and the general public.
