Senior Assistant Store Manager

About the Role

The Assistant Store Manager plays a vital role in establishing and maintaining exceptional Guest Services while supporting the Store Manager in the overall operation of the store. This position is essential for driving maximum sales and profitability through effective staff development, expense control, shrinkage reduction, and comprehensive merchandising and inventory management. The role requires strict adherence to all company policies and procedures to ensure a seamless shopping experience.

As a key leader on the floor, you will work up to 38 hours per week. The physical demands of the job include standing and walking for in excess of 8 hours, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds. Prior retail and/or management experience is required to succeed in this dynamic environment.

Hiring Process

Applicants must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for this position. The hourly rate ranges from $19.00 to $19.25, dependent upon qualifications and experience.
