The Assistant Store Manager plays a vital role in establishing and maintaining exceptional Guest Services while supporting the Store Manager in the overall operation of the store. This position is dedicated to ensuring maximum sales and profitability through strategic staff development, expense control, shrinkage reduction, and comprehensive merchandising and inventory management in strict adherence to company policies.
As a key leader on the floor, you will work up to 38 hours per week. The role demands high energy and physical stamina, requiring in excess of 8 hours of standing and walking, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds. Prior retail and/or management experience is essential to succeed in this dynamic environment.
We offer a competitive hourly rate ranging from $19.92 to $20.17, dependent on qualifications and experience.
