The Senior Account Executive (SAE) is a strategic sales leader dedicated to driving revenue growth and profitability by acquiring new customers and securing existing business. This role goes beyond traditional sales; it is about "saving, securing, and converting" by managing customer cancellation requests, providing ongoing contract education, and securing commitments through face-to-face interactions. SAEs are the primary point of contact for resolving customer service escalations within their territory, ensuring high levels of satisfaction while maintaining and growing billable value.
The position operates on a hybrid model that balances field and office work. The majority of the week is dedicated to conducting site visits to build relationships and assess customer needs, while the remainder of the week focuses on cold calling and prospecting to build a robust sales pipeline. Success in this role requires a deep understanding of industry trends, pricing strategies, and operational capabilities to propose compliant, optimized solutions for waste management and related services.
