The Senior Account Executive is a strategic sales leader dedicated to driving revenue growth through new customer acquisition and the preservation of existing business relationships. This role is defined by a "save, secure, and convert" philosophy, focusing on handling customer cancellation requests, providing ongoing contract education, and securing commitments during face-to-face interactions. You will be the primary resolver for all customer service escalations within your territory, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction while maintaining and growing billable value.
The position demands a dynamic balance between field work and strategic planning. The majority of your week will be spent conducting site visits to build relationships and assess customer needs, while the remainder of your time is dedicated to cold calling and prospecting to build a robust sales pipeline. You will work closely with Plant Managers and Brokerage Account Managers to upgrade materials and optimize equipment, ensuring that your sales strategies align with operational goals and regulatory compliance.
