The Senior Account Executive – Premium Seating serves as the primary liaison between the business community and Kraft Sports & Entertainment, with a specific focus on the New England Revolution. This position is dedicated to selling new season seats and groups, driving revenue growth through superior customer service and strategic relationship management.
In this role, you will act as a bridge between the organization and its clients, maintaining contact via phone, outside appointments, and in-stadium visits. The core mission is to expand the number of season seat holders and group buyers while fostering long-term partnerships. You will collaborate cross-functionally with various divisions, including premium seating, sponsorship, and events, to generate referral business and enhance the overall client experience.
Your day will involve developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve established goals, identifying new opportunities through networking and data analytics, and cultivating relationships with key decision-makers. You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their inquiries are addressed promptly and that their expectations are exceeded.
Operational duties include managing order processing through the Archtics ticketing system, maintaining accurate CRM records, and executing Revolution elements on game days and at special events. You will also work closely with management to evaluate sales results, establish best practices, and develop strategies for new business growth. The role requires a balance of office-based administrative work and active engagement within the stadium environment.
Candidates selected for this position will be evaluated based on their ability to drive revenue, manage client relationships, and navigate a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment. The selection process focuses on identifying individuals with a proven track record in sales and a strong understanding of the sports and entertainment industry.
