About the Role

Our service teams are the backbone of our client relationships, responsible for providing expert service on Securitas Technology products directly at client sites. This position serves as the primary point of contact for all post-installation challenges, ensuring seamless system performance and uptime. Beyond troubleshooting, you will engage in special project work and collaborate individually and as a team to diagnose complex application issues. The role requires a balance of technical precision and clear communication, as you will document system modifications and produce quality technical documentation for both technical and non-technical audiences. Your work ensures that our clients' critical security infrastructure remains operational, secure, and optimized.
