This position serves as the primary point of contact for all post-installation issues regarding our systems and equipment at client sites. You will be responsible for ensuring application uptime and system performance by responding to trouble tickets and executing preventative maintenance tasks. The role requires a blend of independent problem-solving and collaborative teamwork to diagnose and resolve complex application issues.
Your day-to-day activities will involve performing routine configuration changes, documenting all system modifications through digital tracking systems, and producing high-quality technical documentation for both technical and non-technical audiences. You will also lead pre-deployment end-to-end testing of upgrades and perform on-site installations of software modifications and major system changes. This role is vital for maintaining the reliability of our connected ecosystem and ensuring our clients feel secure in their environments.

Experience with Bosch, Silent Knight fire alarm systems. Experience with Simplex, Notifier, Edwards, Siemens, or other commercial fire systems. NICET certification or State Fire License. ESA Certified Alarm Technician certification. NTS Certified Service Technician certification. Certifications in enterprise grade CCTV and Access Control.
