About the Role

This position serves as the primary client contact for all post-installation issues regarding our systems and equipment. You will be responsible for ensuring application uptime and system performance by responding to trouble tickets and diagnosing complex application issues. Working individually or as part of a team, you will execute preventative maintenance tasks to maximize availability and identify system faults before they impact operations.

Your day-to-day involves performing routine configuration changes, documenting all system modifications through digital tracking systems, and producing quality technical documentation for both technical and non-technical audiences. You will also lead pre-deployment end-to-end testing of upgrades and perform on-site installations of software modifications and major system changes. This role is essential to maintaining the "Securitas Technology Difference" by ensuring seamless service delivery at client sites.
