About the Role
Our service teams are the backbone of our client relationships, responsible for delivering exceptional service on Securitas Technology products directly at client sites. This position serves as the primary point of contact for all post-installation challenges, ensuring that systems and equipment operate seamlessly. Beyond troubleshooting, you will engage in special project work, performing on-site installations of software upgrades and executing preventative maintenance to maximize application availability. The role requires a blend of technical expertise and clear communication, as you will document system modifications and produce technical documentation for both technical and non-technical audiences.

Requirements
- verifiedHigh School diploma required or equivalent
- verifiedExperience installing and troubleshooting low voltage equipment
- verifiedStrong working knowledge of commercial access control, CCTV, burglary alarm, intrusion systems, and fire alarms
- verifiedWorking knowledge of network communications and IP addressing
- verifiedStrong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- verifiedNICET certification or State Fire License preferred
- verifiedESA Certified Alarm Technician preferred
- verifiedNTS Certified Service Technician preferred
Nice to Have
Experience with Bosch, Silent Knight fire alarm systems. Experience with Simplex, Notifier, Edwards, Siemens, or other commercial fire systems. NICET certification or State Fire License. ESA Certified Alarm Technician certification. NTS Certified Service Technician certification. Certifications in enterprise grade CCTV and Access Control.
