Our service teams are dedicated to providing exceptional support for Securitas Technology products at client sites. This position serves as the primary point of contact for all post-installation issues regarding systems and equipment. Beyond troubleshooting, the role involves special project work and ensures the continuous uptime and performance of critical security applications.
You will work both individually and as part of a team to diagnose and resolve complex application issues. The day-to-day involves executing preventative maintenance to maximize system availability, performing routine configuration changes, and documenting all modifications through digital tracking systems. You will also be responsible for producing quality technical documentation for both technical and non-technical audiences, as well as performing pre-deployment testing and on-site installations of software upgrades and major modifications.

Experience with Bosch, Silent Knight fire alarm systems. Experience with Simplex, Notifier, Edwards, Siemens, or other commercial fire systems. ESA Certified Alarm Technician. NTS Certified Service Technician. Certifications in enterprise grade CCTV and Access Control systems.

Education: High School diploma required or equivalent.
