About the Role

This position serves as the primary point of contact for clients regarding post-installation challenges. You will be instrumental in ensuring application uptime and system performance by responding to trouble tickets and diagnosing complex application issues. Whether working individually or collaborating as part of a team, your focus will be on resolving faults and executing preventative maintenance to maximize system availability.

Beyond troubleshooting, you will manage the lifecycle of system modifications. This includes performing routine configuration changes, documenting all system modifications through digital change control tracking, and producing high-quality technical documentation for both technical and non-technical audiences. You will also lead pre-deployment end-to-end testing of upgrades and major modifications, as well as performing on-site installations to ensure seamless transitions.
