About the Role
Our service teams are responsible for providing on-site service for Securitas Technology products at client locations. This position serves as the primary client contact for all post-installation issues regarding systems and equipment. Beyond troubleshooting, the role involves special project work and ensuring the reliability of our connected ecosystem.
You will be the face of our commitment to safety and service, working individually and as part of a team to diagnose and resolve application issues. Your work ensures application uptime and system performance while executing preventative maintenance to identify system faults. You will also perform routine configuration changes and document all system modifications through a digital change control tracking system.
The role requires producing quality technical documentation for both technical and non-technical audiences, as well as performing pre-deployment end-to-end testing and on-site installations of software upgrades and major modifications.
