The Security Report Writer is a pivotal role designed to protect the assets of the company and provide a safe environment for both employees and guests. This position serves as the primary point of contact for responding to all security incidents involving guests and team members on property.
In this role, you will act as an agent of the casino, gathering detailed facts and personal information from parties involved and witnesses without drawing your own conclusions. Your day-to-day involves handling initial investigations for the Risk Management department, documenting incidents such as lost or stolen items, injuries, and disputes, and providing accurate responses to various situations. Between incidents, you will provide extraordinary service to guests. To perform this job accurately, you must possess a working knowledge of various security positions, including Bike Patrol, Door Officer, Hotel Security Officer, and Security Officer.
