The Enrollment & Student Success Specialist plays a pivotal role in supporting student success by monitoring risk indicators, coordinating proactive outreach, and connecting students with appropriate resources. This position serves as a bridge between data and action, managing key enrollment data, tracking division milestones, and providing analysis to inform strategic decision-making.
Beyond direct student support, the role strengthens Enrollment Services operations through internal communications, publication coordination, and assistance with meetings and professional development. Student success is the cornerstone of Western's culture, and employees in this role are expected to embody our core values of Learning, Excellence, Accountability, Diversity, Teamwork, Integrity, and Respect. The position offers a hybrid work model, allowing for 1-2 days a week working from home after the initial training period.

Copies of transcripts from regionally accredited colleges or universities are acceptable during the application process (originals will be required upon hire).
