About the Role

As an EMT Site Supervisor, you will serve as the primary leader for security officers, lead officers, and other personnel assigned to client sites. This role exists to ensure that all post orders are strictly followed, established rounds are completed, and required reports are filed accurately. You will act as the bridge between the company, the client, and the security team, ensuring that security requirements are met with quality customer service.

In this position, you will not only supervise daily operations but also coach and discipline personnel, conduct training sessions, and manage performance appraisals. You will meet personally with employees to document actions and outline tasks, while also inspecting posts to maintain high standards. The role requires you to handle emergency situations by notifying proper authorities and clients, and to maintain professional composure even under pressure or during stressful encounters with unauthorized individuals.

Hiring Process

Candidates must possess a West Virginia EMT certification and a High School Diploma or G.E.D., along with at least two years of related experience. Applicants will undergo company standards for background and reference checks, controlled substance testing, and a behavioral selection survey. Successful candidates will also need to meet any mandatory licensing requirements for Security Officers in their jurisdiction.
