As a Data Technician, you will play a critical role in assuring the accuracy and timeliness of information within our agency data systems. This position is unique in its breadth, serving as a central hub for data verification across Medicaid, Early Childhood, Records, and ACHIEVE support functions.
In this role, you will not only maintain comprehensive database systems but also act as a key liaison for families, medical professionals, and other agencies. You will manage the flow of information for Birth-to-5 referrals, process complex Medicaid claims, and ensure compliance with FERPA regulations. Your work directly impacts the agency's ability to file accurate claims, track student transitions, and support staff with essential tools and inventory. You will collaborate closely with directors and teams to solve problems, train licensed staff on claim systems, and ensure that data drives our strategic supports for learners.
