About the Role

As a Tactical Security Officer, your ability to read the environment, anticipate risk, and act accordingly is what matters most. This role is designed for individuals with a keen sense of observation who are ready to suit up. You will be the first line of defense, patrolling sensitive environments such as retail stores, airports, and detention centers. The position requires significant physical activity, as you will be moving around your entire shift to ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property.

In this role, you will verify identities, control access to secure areas, and react quickly to threats or incidents. You will also be responsible for checking the proper functioning of alarms and cameras, documenting all actions taken, and collaborating with law enforcement during serious incidents. Hiring Process

Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. and be at least 21 years of age. The selection process includes an extensive screening, a background check, and a drug screen. Successful applicants must provide documentation of a High School Diploma or GED and possess a valid Texas Security License (or the ability to obtain one). A valid driver's license is also required. First aid certification is considered an asset.
