About the Role
As a Tactical Security Officer, your ability to read the environment, anticipate risk, and act accordingly is paramount. This role is designed for individuals with a keen sense of observation who are ready to suit up and protect people and property. You will be the first line of defense, patrolling sensitive environments such as retail stores, airports, and detention centers. The position demands high physical stamina, as you will be moving and standing for the duration of your shift.
You will not only monitor for suspicious activity and verify identities but also serve as a critical liaison with law enforcement during serious incidents. Whether you are checking alarm systems, documenting actions, or reacting quickly to threats, your presence ensures the safety of our clients' assets and personnel.

Hiring Process & Application
