Key Responsibilities
- check_circlePatrol all areas of the property including outside parking lots on a regular basis
- check_circleRespond to guest complaints and concerns and investigate to remedy the situation with urgency
- check_circleRespond immediately to emergency alarms and perform first aid and CPR as needed
- check_circleConduct investigations of security incidents and enforce the No Solicitation Policy
- check_circleIdentify and report unusual circumstances, safety violations, theft, and suspicious persons
- check_circleDocument daily security logs including incidents of theft, accidents, and safety violations
- check_circleComplete necessary security forms to document property losses or personal injuries
Requirements
- verifiedHigh school education or equivalent experience
- verifiedMinimum two years prior experience in loss prevention
- verifiedCurrent CPR and First Aid certification
