As a member of our Loss Prevention & Security team, you will help keep the promise of "Wonderful Hospitality. Always." by delivering thoughtful, heartfelt, forward-thinking service that upholds and builds upon this living legacy. You will patrol all areas of the property, secure rooms, and assist guests with room access while monitoring Closed Circuit Televisions and alarm systems.
Your day will involve conducting emergency response drills, daily physical hazard and safety inspections, investigations, and key control audits. You will authorize and document access to secured areas, defuse disturbances in accordance with company policies, and resolve safety hazard situations. In emergency situations, you will assist guests and employees, respond to accidents, contact EMS, or administer first aid and CPR as required.
Beyond security duties, you will serve as a role model and the first point of contact for the Guarantee of Fair Treatment/Open Door Policy process. You will assist management in training, motivating, and coaching employees, ensuring adherence to quality expectations and standards. You will welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards, anticipating and addressing their service needs with genuine appreciation.
