About the Role
As a Safety & Security Officer, you will be the guardian of our property's safety while ensuring our Owners and guests feel welcome and secure. This role is a vital part of the guest experience, blending proactive security measures with hospitality. You will patrol the property by foot or vehicle, monitor surveillance systems, and respond to emergencies, ensuring that every interaction reflects our commitment to safety and company standards.
A typical day involves greeting guests professionally, anticipating their needs, and defusing any disturbances following company policies. You will also handle lost and found items, maintain accurate records, and oversee safety compliance to mitigate risks. Whether administering first aid, managing access to meeting rooms, or simply being a friendly face on the property, your presence contributes directly to the team's goal of delivering a seamless vacation experience.

- check_circleWelcome and greet guests while anticipating and addressing their needs
- check_circleAdminister first aid and CPR to owners, guests, or associates as required
