As a Safety & Security Officer at MVW, you will be the guardian of our guests' peace of mind. Your mission is to assist in providing our Owners and guests with experiences and events that create memorable vacation memories. You will serve as the first point of contact for safety concerns, ensuring that our properties remain secure while maintaining the warm, welcoming atmosphere that defines the Marriott experience.
In this role, you will be the eyes and ears of the property. A typical day involves patrolling all areas by foot or vehicle, monitoring CCTV and alarm systems, and ensuring meeting rooms and guest areas are secure. You will be prepared to administer first aid or CPR, respond to accidents, and defuse disturbances following company policies. Beyond security, you will actively contribute to the guest experience by greeting visitors, anticipating their needs, and interacting professionally with colleagues and guests alike.

To become a Safety & Security Officer at MVW, candidates must be available to work various shifts, including holidays and weekends. The role requires physical capability to reach overhead, bend, twist, pull, stoop, and stand or walk for extended periods, as well as the ability to lift, carry, push, or pull items weighing up to 50 lbs.
Successful candidates must be willing to undergo background and drug screening contingent on company policy and applicable legal requirements. Specific job duties may differ by property, team size, or facility.
