About the Role
The Springs Ambassador serves as the face of the Resort, ensuring a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for all guests and employees. This role goes beyond traditional security; you are the first point of contact for anyone needing directions or assistance, while simultaneously acting as a visible deterrent to criminal activity. Your presence is designed to give guests a sense of safety and comfort as they enjoy our facilities.
Your day involves patrolling the property on foot or in a golf cart, monitoring perimeters, parking lots, and public areas to identify potential issues before they escalate. You will collaborate closely with Spa employees to maintain the cleanliness and organization of pool decks and work with management to handle emergencies, investigate incidents, and coordinate with local authorities when necessary. Whether directing traffic during busy holidays or responding to alarms, your ability to remain calm and make sound decisions under pressure is vital to the Resort's operations.
