This position is based at the Norfolk Sheraton (777 Waterside Drive, Norfolk, VA 23510) and serves as a vital component of the hotel's safety and security infrastructure. The role exists to ensure the safety of guests, associates, and property around the clock. The day-to-day responsibilities involve patrolling the hotel, enforcing policies with a courteous but firm approach, and responding quickly to emergencies while staying calm under pressure. The role also requires monitoring entrances, package deliveries, and personnel access, as well as writing clear, detailed reports of activities each shift to keep the team informed.
