Key Responsibilities
- check_circleAdminister professional massage and body treatments to guests
- check_circleMaintain warm, hospitable guest relations in all guest contact
- check_circleRespond to individual guest needs as they occur
- check_circleProvide consistent professional treatments in accordance with spa protocols
- check_circleEffectively inform and educate guests about specific wellness concerns
- check_circleProperly care for equipment and use proper amounts of product to assist with cost controls
- check_circleUphold standards of sanitation and sterilization as directed by law and spa policies
- check_circleMaintain confidentiality regarding company, associates, and guest information
- check_circlePerform prep work, properly clean and restock rooms as required
- check_circleActively promote spa treatments, services, retail, and available programs
- check_circleHandle guests' questions and concerns professionally and courteously
Requirements
- verifiedHigh school education
- verifiedCurrent Hawaii State Massage License
- verifiedKnowledge of all hotel departments and events
- verifiedKnowledge of local area
- verifiedCPR and first aid training preferred
- verifiedAdditional language ability preferred
