About the Role
We are seeking a professional, observant, and confident Security/Bar Bouncer to maintain a safe, enjoyable environment for our guests and staff. This role is vital to the atmosphere of the venue, ensuring that safety and compliance go hand-in-hand with a welcoming experience.
You will be the first point of contact for our guests, responsible for monitoring entry points, verifying IDs, and managing conflicts with calm, effective de-escalation techniques. The ideal candidate is reliable, level-headed, and experienced in nightlife or hospitality security, ready to foster a secure environment while upholding the venue's reputation.
