About the Role
As a Lead Server, you will be the face of our restaurant and bar, providing prompt, professional, and friendly guest service to create memorable dining experiences. You will be responsible for managing the flow of the dining room, ensuring tables are properly set, and maintaining a clean, inviting atmosphere. This role requires a deep knowledge of our menu, including all alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, and the ability to actively engage guests with suggestive selling techniques to enhance their visit.
You will thrive in a fast-paced, enthusiastic environment where you can showcase your interactive skills to help portray a fun and exciting bar atmosphere. Your day will involve coordinating with the Restaurant Manager and the entire Food and Beverage team, handling cash and credit transactions with integrity, and training new staff on policies and operational flow.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements
