About the Role

As a Bartender, you will be the heart of the bar and dining room experience. You will mix, garnish, and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks for guests following standard recipes, ensuring every cocktail is made to specification. Your role involves creating a fun, welcoming atmosphere where you help people, learn their names, and foster genuine connections. You will be responsible for monitoring guest consumption to ensure compliance with state and federal liquor laws, validating IDs, and practicing alcohol awareness procedures to prevent intoxication.

Success in this role requires a passion for perfection and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. You will communicate clearly with both guests and the team, explaining anything to anyone with ease. We are looking for someone who is happy, trusting, passionate, and determined, ready to put themselves in others' shoes while maintaining a well-organized and well-run bar.
