About the Role

ONT Field, the leader in privately managed public assembly facilities, is seeking a dedicated Dishwasher to join our Food & Beverage team. Reporting to the Executive Chef, you will play a vital role in maintaining the operational flow of our kitchen work areas, equipment, and utensils. Your focus will be on ensuring a sanitary and safe environment by keeping floors, walls, and workstations clean and orderly.

In this role, you will set up and manage dishwashing stations during events, handling everything from scraping and washing dishes to cleaning pots, pans, and large equipment. You will work as part of a team to transfer supplies, manage waste, and ensure all china, glass, and silver are properly stored and organized. Success in this position requires the ability to work with minimal supervision, follow directions precisely, and maintain a professional appearance and demeanor while interacting with staff and guests at all levels.
