About the Role
As a Culinary Associate II at our Main Campus, you will be a vital part of our team, performing essential food preparation and service tasks across retail areas, catering, the ingredient room, and the patient Room Service line. This role is designed to ensure that every meal served meets the highest standards of safety and quality.
In this position, you will handle food in strict accordance with HACCP principles and applicable food codes. Your day-to-day responsibilities include safely operating and maintaining equipment, managing accurate paperwork for orders and transactions, and ensuring proper hygiene and storage procedures. You will interact with patients, internal staff, and external customers, utilizing the HEAL principle to provide a collaborative and welcoming environment. Whether you are preparing beverages, managing cash transactions, or monitoring food temperatures, your work directly contributes to the well-being and satisfaction of those we serve.
