About the Role
As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety of guests and team members, as well as the security of the hotel and property. Your role is integral to the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. You will patrol the interior and perimeter of the hotel to observe and identify potential safety risks, security risks, and undesirable conditions. You will respond to emergency situations, including safety hazards, fires, medical emergencies, and threats to life and/or property.
In addition to safety and security, you will promote safe work practices, initiate preliminary investigations into incidents as needed, and write reports ensuring the accuracy of necessary documentation. You will also respond to guest inquiries and requests, resolving guest issues in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner.
