About the Role
As a Security Officer, you will be the guardian of our safe and secure environment for medical staff, employees, patients, and visitors. Your mission is to preserve order and act swiftly to enforce regulations when assistance is requested, responding rapidly to security emergencies within the hospital. Every day, you will ensure safety through proactive measures, keen observation, and strict adherence to protocols.
You will patrol the facility and grounds, monitor security alarms, and dispatch officers promptly to locations where needed. Whether responding to incidents involving unruly behavior, crimes in progress, or emergency codes, your role requires you to act in a timely and prudent manner. You will also be responsible for logging all activities, writing clear incident reports, and investigating security breaches or HIPAA violations if witnessed. Requirements
