As a Surgical Technologist, you will be an integral part of the Health Care Team, playing a critical role in delivering quality care to patients. In this position, you will primarily perform in the scrub role during surgical procedures, coordinating closely with other Operating Room professionals to ensure seamless operations. Your work directly supports the patient's journey, ensuring safety and comfort through meticulous preparation and execution.
You will be responsible for maintaining a well-organized sterile area, anticipating the needs of the surgical team, and applying principles of aseptic technique at all times. From pre-operative briefings to room turnovers and instrument reprocessing, your attention to detail and ability to prioritize duties are essential for patient safety and operational efficiency. This role requires a caring, courteous, and flexible attitude, demonstrating strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with patients, families, and the broader health care team.

Two (2) to five (5) years of scrubbing experience in all surgical procedures in inpatient or ambulatory O.R. setting. Ability to rotate through sterile core area. Experience cleaning and reprocessing instruments, stocking supplies, and picking case carts. Availability for plus call.

Education: Graduate of an accredited School of Surgical Technology.
