As a Surgical Technologist, you will be an integral member of the Kaiser Permanente Health Care Team, dedicated to delivering high-quality patient care that reflects our mission, vision, and values. In this role, you will perform the scrub role during surgical procedures, coordinating closely with other Operating Room professionals to ensure seamless patient outcomes.
Your work is grounded in the Labor Management Partnership (LMP) principles, supporting a high-performance culture built on joint decision-making. You will provide essential support to the patient and the care team, promoting population-based care, continuity of care, and customer satisfaction. Candidates must be graduates of an accredited School of Surgical Technology and hold a valid Surgical Technologist Certificate. Basic Life Support certification is required at the time of hire. Applicants should demonstrate knowledge of sterile core areas, operating room procedures, and equipment, along with the ability to exercise good judgment and discipline.
