As a Surgical Technologist, you will serve as a vital member of the operating room team, performing in the scrub role during surgical procedures. Your work is essential to maintaining patient safety and operational efficiency, requiring you to coordinate closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and circulators. You will be responsible for preparing the sterile field, anticipating the needs of the surgical team, and ensuring the correct progression of procedures. Beyond the operating room, you will contribute to room turnovers, equipment management, and the reprocessing of instruments, all while upholding strict aseptic techniques and professional standards.
