About the Role
We are seeking a Full-Time Loss Prevention Officer to join our team in Sioux Falls, SD. This is an immediate opening where you will play a critical role in maintaining safety and security within our facilities. You will be responsible for identifying and apprehending shoplifters through active floor patrols and monitoring Closed Circuit TV systems. Your duties will also include detailed report writing, interacting with local law enforcement agencies as needed, and providing courtroom testimony when required.
This position offers paid training to ensure you are fully prepared for the responsibilities of the role. You will work 40 hours per week and will be expected to demonstrate assertiveness while remaining controlled when dealing with confrontational situations. Success in this role requires the ability to work under little or no direct supervision while maintaining high standards of trustworthiness and attendance.
