About the Role
We are seeking a reliable and skilled Property Manager to administer and maintain all phases of community operations under the direction of the Property Management Analyst. This role is pivotal in ensuring the seamless day-to-day functioning of the property, serving as the primary point of contact for residents, owners, and staff.
In this position, you will manage personnel functions, oversee community maintenance, monitor market conditions, and control budgets. Your day will involve resolving resident issues, managing rent and security deposit collections, and maintaining rigorous clerical and record-keeping systems. You will be responsible for identifying and meeting the expectations of both owners and residents, ensuring that the property remains competitive and compliant with all local laws and HUD policies.
