Key Responsibilities
- check_circlePerform client intake and greet patients warmly upon arrival
- check_circleAccurately enter patient information into databases
- check_circleSupport the volunteer coordinator in managing volunteers
- check_circleFollow appointment scheduling procedures and cash handling protocols
- check_circleKeep the clinic lobby neat, organized, and welcoming
- check_circleProcess lab results as directed by the Practice Manager
- check_circlePromote teamwork and effective communication among colleagues
- check_circleEnsure culturally sensitive and language-appropriate care for all patients
- check_circleEncourage continuity of care by supporting patient self-management education
- check_circleOperate clinic equipment safely and report safety concerns promptly
- check_circleFollow infection control protocols to maintain a safe environment
- check_circleAnswer incoming calls and route them to appropriate team members
Requirements
